Hello RSU 63 Community,

RSU 63 is committed to supporting students and families in navigating the challenges facing us today. Whether living with regular day-to-day stress or with more serious distress, our kids need our help! In partnership with the University of Maine’s Impact ME team, RSU 63 is hosting an evening workshop for parents and others interested in promoting student resilience and success on Thursday, March 8^th. This workshop is geared toward helping parents and caregivers learn hands-on, real-life coping skills to help kids manage stress and lead healthy lives.

5:30 until 6:30 – Childcare and Parent Workshop
