Holden Community Learning Nature Trails
The Holden Nature Trails offer three miles of natural paths that are a peaceful haven for walking or snowshoeing.  There are kiosks offering information on the natural wonders found along the trail and benches for quiet places to sit and relax.  There is also a 1/4 mile long graveled walkway that is handicapped-accessible and is a perfect place for a stroll in the woods.

The Red Barn Campground, located next to the Natural Trails, is now in partnership with the Holden Conservation Commission.  A beautiful series of trails behind the campground are now connected to the Holden Nature Trails and are open to the public.

To access the trails which are located behind the Holden Elementary School at 590 Main Road, turn into the school driveway and continue straight to the back to park.  For users of the handicapped-accessible trail, enter the school driveway, turn left and go around the school to park at the beginning of the graveled trail.
