Property Tax Billing & Payment Information

Property tax bills are mailed to Holden property owners each August. The Town of Holden provides the option to pay taxes in two installments for convenience:

• First installment: Due in September

• Second installment: Due in March

Please note that only one tax bill is issued per billing year, so we encourage residents to retain their bill for reference when making the second payment.

Interest will be applied to any unpaid balance beginning the day after each installment due date. To avoid additional charges, please ensure payments are submitted on or before the due dates.
