Trash Pickup:

Curbside household trash pickup is every Thursday. Check
with Pine Tree Waste Inc. 1-800-639-6205 or call the Town Office
(843-5151) for holiday changes.
Trash
Stickers:
The price of trash stickers is $1.75 each. They can be purchased at the
following locations:

Leadbetter's (Wilson St.)
Curbside Recycling Pickup:

Curbside recycling pickup is
the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month. Sometimes the trucks run late, so leave
items out, and if they are not picked up by the next
morning call Pine Tree Waste Inc. 1-800-639-6205 or the Town
Office at 843-5151. Please separate items into
plastic or paper bags or boxes.

(located next to the Town Office) in Holden.

To recycle these items, please observe the following
do's
and
do nots.
Newspaper
Place loosely in your recycling bin.
Magazines
Mix in with the newspapers-
Please- no
manila
Catalogs
folders,
envelopes
or file folders, no plastic and
Phone Books
no junk
mail.
Tin &
Rinse and place in the recycling bin.
Aluminum
Cans
Plastic Bottles Please, #2
plastic only. Milk jugs, laundry
detergent, bleach and softener bottles are
acceptable. Look for the #2 on the bottom of
the bottle. Please - No butter,
margarine,
yogurt or empty oil containers.

Glass Bottles Rinse and discard the plastic
or metal lids. We
&
Jars
cannot recycle window or automotive glass.
Cardboard Corrugated
cardboard must be cut into pieces
no larger than 3Ft. X 3Ft. It can be placed beside
or under the recycling bin.
Please remember to remove all Styrofoam or
packaging material.
Please Note: Please sort your material. Do not
mix paper with cardboard or tin with glass.
