Boat, Snowmobile and ATV registrations for
residents only are done at the:
Municipal Office
Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
BOATS:
Re-registrations - Bring previous registration with you.
New
Reg./Private Sale - Bill of Sale, ME assigned numbers, serial
number, make, year, horse power and length.
New
Reg./Dealer Sale - Green Sales Tax form, ME assigned numbers if
applicable.
All boat
registrations expire December 31st of each year. Your renewal
forms will be sent to the Municipal Office. To renew your
boat registration, you will need to pay your boat excise tax
(based on the length of the boat, horsepower of the motor and age
of the boat), a state registration fee (based on the size of the
motor) and a $1.00 fee.
Beginning in 2002, all motorized watercraft on inland waters must
display a Lake and River Protection Sticker. This sticker will
cost $10.00 for residents and $20.00 for non-residents. The
monies from these stickers will pay for Inspecting boats and
trailers, Managing infested sites, Educating boaters and lake
users, training volunteers, Reducing the spread of invasives from
other states, Supporting local projects, Creating a statewide
task force.
SNOWMOBILES:

All ATV
registrations expire June 30th of each year. Your renewal form
will be sent to the Municipal Office. To renew your ATV, you will
need to pay a State fee of $33.00 and an agent fee of $1.00
