TOWN OF HOLDEN
POLICY ON MAILBOXES IN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
SECTION I. PURPOSE
To address problems created by mailboxes placed within
the road right-of-way.
SECTION II. POLICY
1. The Town will not be responsible for damage to
mailboxes or other articles placed within the road
right-of-way.
SECTION III. EFFECTIVE DATE
This policy shall become effective on the date of
approval by the Board of Selectmen.
